The truck has spark and is getting fuel have tested the computer the fuel filter, the timing, the coil , the pcm, its on top dead center, changed ignition start, checked all fuses, cap and rotor, plugs and wires, and still no luck...puzzled

Does it sound normal when you're spinning it over or does it sound strange like there may not be compression on some cylinders?

Take the spark plugs out of one bank and see if it'll start that way (it'll be noisy). If it does start with half the plugs removed, the exhaust is plugged.
